By accessing or using One23PDF (“the Service”), available at one23pdf.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

One23PDF is a privacy-first PDF toolkit that processes files entirely within your browser. All PDF operations — merging, splitting, converting, compressing, and editing — are performed client-side using JavaScript. Your files are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party service.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

One23PDF offers a generous free tier that is available without an account. For higher usage limits and premium features, we offer the following paid plans:

• •Free Tier — core tools with daily usage limits, no account required.
• •Pro Monthly — unlimited access to all tools, billed monthly.
• •Pro Yearly — unlimited access to all tools, billed annually at a discounted rate.
• •Lifetime — one-time payment for permanent unlimited access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. One23PDF does not directly store your payment card details.

• •Subscription plans (Monthly / Yearly) — eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied, provided via the original payment method.
• •Lifetime plan — refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if the premium features have not been used. Once any premium feature is accessed, the lifetime purchase is non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use One23PDF only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• ✕Process, create, or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content using our tools.
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service beyond what is permitted by law.
• ✕Abuse rate limits, automated scraping, or any mechanism that places an unreasonable load on the Service.
• ✕Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the One23PDF Service — including its design, code, branding, and documentation — are owned by One23PDF and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

One23PDF is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that file processing will be error-free or produce specific results. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your original files. In no event shall One23PDF or its team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activity that is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to access premium features will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify users via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of One23PDF after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
