How to Rotate PDF Pages and Keep the Change

A sideways scan or an upside-down page can make a PDF difficult to read. Use the arrows below a page preview to turn only that page, or rotate every page with a quick action. Each click turns the page 90 degrees; two clicks turn it 180 degrees.
